Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The operators of niceboobs.pics are therefore exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as described in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is believed to be illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any respect antithetical to the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed as decided solely by the operator or owner, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).
